What is live today
Running in production, on a real job.
Not a roadmap. Every line below is deployed and in use on a large
occupied multifamily renovation in Los Angeles.
- Units read off the architectural drawings. A three-sheet PDF read
back the full unit list for one building, matching the confirmed roster
exactly.
- Scope weights per project, overridden per building. Whole numbers,
summing to one hundred, so a percentage can be checked by hand.
- An observed status for every unit on every walk, with how it was
reached recorded beside it — named aloud on the walk, or inferred from a
trade that could not have started otherwise. Coverage is reported separately
from completion, so a unit nobody looked at never reads as a unit at
zero.
- 360 walk footage, uploaded and reviewable, and searchable by unit
number: what was said on the walk is written out, so one click moves the
recording to the point where that unit was discussed.
- Daily reports from the field — typed or dictated on a phone, with
photographs attached and the day's weather fetched automatically for the
site, so nobody types it.
- Per-project roles and invitations for contractor, owner, owner's
representative, architect and lender. A role is per project: the same person
can be an administrator on one job and read-only on another.

accountability engine, financial and schedule layers. Roadmap, not a feature
list.
Nearest of those: attaching that evidence to a
pay-application line, so a percentage on a draw traces back to the walk it came
from. The join and the endpoint exist; the screen for it does not yet.
